Cancellation Policy

Subscription Plan and Terms of Use (Valid for Individual and Group Lessons) Thank you for choosing PolyglotWorks Academy. This policy outlines the terms for participation in both group and individual lessons across all languages. By purchasing a lesson package, you agree to the following: 1. Lesson Packages and Subscriptions We offer monthly packages (4, 8, 12, 16, 20, or 30 hours). Discounts apply for 1, 2, or 3-month prepayments. Campaigns are valid only if at least 12 hours are purchased per month. 2. Teacher Selection & Trial Lessons After payment, students contact us via WhatsApp and are assigned a personal manager. Trial lessons are offered before regular lessons begin. Students may not change teachers frequently. One change may be allowed if justified and if another teacher is available. Otherwise, no changes or refunds are possible. 3. Lesson Access and Communication All lessons are held via Microsoft Teams. Students receive a personal link and must use the same link for each class. They are also added to a private WhatsApp group with their teacher and manager. 4. Attendance, Cancellations, and Postponements Missed classes are non-refundable. Lessons must be completed within the month. Postponement is only allowed with urgent, document-based reasons (e.g., medical emergencies). Students must inform the school 24 hours in advance for rescheduling. 5. Lesson Recording and Tracking All lessons are recorded for review and quality assurance. These records help resolve any CRM-related issues. Students may also access their recordings. 6. Behavior Policy Professional and respectful behavior is expected. Students offering private lessons to teachers, refusing communication, or showing inappropriate conduct will receive 3 warnings. After that, they may be removed without refund. 7. Refund Policy All sales are final. No refunds will be given for missed classes, change of mind, or schedule changes. By purchasing a package, the student agrees to complete all lessons within the specified time. 8. Payment Options Payments can be made through our website or via offline methods like bank transfers or Kaspi (Kazakhstan). Please notify us before using offline methods. 9. Documentation and Teacher Profile Students are matched with teachers based on availability and language level. Teacher changes or preferences are limited. Recorded lessons, WhatsApp communication, and teacher videos are used to maintain lesson quality and ensure secure class operations.
